While Away...

So, my plans of regular posts has gone to pot somewhat, but that was always a risk. One major reason for this is that Bryony and I have secured temp positions working at a well known organic farm. The following post is a ramble about more preparations that we have undertaken since my last post. Firstly, I would like to comment on my new job. My feelings are complex. The job itself is quite boring, the hours long and the task repetitive. I work on an assembly line filling crates (totes) with the correct items that will eventually form fruit and veg boxes. I do not wish to sound churlish, in fact I cannot praise the company highly enough. They pay well, have music, fantastic food and the bunch of people I work with are great salt of the earth people. I had not originally envisioned having a job during this stop gap between graduating and traveling, but now that I have one I am very glad that I did.  While Away…       So, the journey of a thousand miles starts with, if not a step, then a blog. This blog is intended to document the, hopefully, fun filled adventures of Greg (that’s me) and Bryony as we travel Central America. We want to document the highs and lows that will inevitably come our way and share our experiences.       Where to begin?   Well, to start, we haven’t left yet. Tickets are booked however, but not much else.
